Hello potential readers that don't exist quite yet, call me Ceejay.
I started this blog because for one I have always wanted to start one and also because I wanted to release all the jumbled thoughts floating around in my odd little head.
I am twenty two years old and attending a local state college. I am trying desperately to get my AA so I might pursue creative writing as a major. I'm not the most studious of people but I've been doing my best. I live in Florida, which can be great and terrible all at the same time. I don't think my gender really matters but it's probably not too hard to guess. I live with my dad and my sister for now since it's easier and because not too long ago I got laid off and have yet to find a replacement. It's tough out there as most of you may know. I'm a Pisces if that explains anything about me. I'm also Wiccan and a complete Otaku. Google it. Only I'm not as crazy as some of those nerdy anime freaks.
So what's slash? Just take a look at the description just under the title of this blog. It's often associated with fan fiction, but I have never written a fan fiction in my entire life. I've read some but that's as far as I've gone. I write original slash fiction and have been for quite some time. I've always been good in English and an avid reader. I even got into the post by post role-playing when I was about thirteen, however it wasn't til my ex step-sister showed my fictionpress.com that I discovered what I really wanted to do with my life. Well, at first it was just for fun but slowly it became more than that. I actually was majoring in Art before I changed it to creative writing.
Eventually not too long after joining fictionpress.com and doing some writing (non-slash) I discovered the slash male/male world. I found it fascinating and much more entertaining than any other hetero romance stories. I can't really describe what it is I love about it. Everything? I was in high school and started writing stories with gay themes. It started to show up in my role-playing as well and soon I could have a character that wasn't male and gay. I guess I got obsessed, but even now I don't really care. It's amusing how now when I'm out and about and I'll see two males together or some cute guy it's always my first reaction to think up gay stories for them, to use them as characters in my head. I'll either do that or wish to jump them myself.
Okay, the jig is up, I'm a straight female college student with a thing for writing about gay males in various situations. We all have our vices, but I think mine is more fun than any others.
So this blog will be my thoughts on topics in relation to Slash writing to my struggles in a not so gay life and whatever else I can think up that could be potentially pointless. Expect the unexpected or the very expected. This should be an interesting little venture.

;) I remember starting my blog. The blankness...it hurts so much, doesn't it?
Saw your post on Sweet-Revolution.
Forgive me, because I am presuming, but for me it was horrible finding a topic that was good enough for my precious little corner of the internets. How about some review for slash stories? Discuss the phenomenon that forces some writers to turn every teenage character in slash into a walking stereotype by their own admission (emo, skater, band)? Pic a random picture from the internet and write a post about what sort of 'slash' idea you might get from it.
I admire you actually. My site is connected to faacebook, so everyone I know would KNOW about my slash obcession if I wrote about it. And some kinks are better not being discussed by people you barely know //and// see everyday.

Haha, oh man, this reminded me of this story I read by the milk bottle. about this slash fan girl. :P
Hi:
I was hoping to send you a private message, but apparently you've turned that off.
I'm a cognitive neuroscientist at Boston University writing a book about slash for Penguin, scheduled for release in 2010.
I was very much hoping to chat with you about slash.
Let me know if I might ask you some questions. Thanks! :)
